YELLOW NORDIC WALKING TRAIL
The Yellow Nordic Walking Trail begins and ends at the intersection of Niepodległości Avenue and Sportowa Street, leading to the campsite and sports stadium in Borne Sulinowo. The trail begins on a paved road and heads towards Lake Pile. After a few hundred meters, it turns onto a dirt forest road, passing a former military shooting range on the left. It then heads towards the steep shore of Lake Pile, passing the site of a former military fuel depot. Along the way, it passes a very steep cliff overlooking Lake Pile. The trail crosses a series of forest roads leading to campsites located near the lake. In several places, it connects with the municipal black-marked cycling trail.
After reaching the shores of Lake Pile, the Yellow Nordic Walking Trail follows the Borne Sulinowo Forest District bicycle trail. Along the way, it passes attractive campsites. After a few kilometers, the trail reaches the mouth of the Piława River, from where it continues through a campsite along the river towards the embankment of the former Borne Sulinowo-Łubowo railway line. On the left, it passes a fire watchtower belonging to the Borne Sulinowo Forest District. After reaching the railway embankment (Western Lake District Bicycle Trail), the trail heads towards Borne Sulinowo. It runs through a tall pine forest, where it reconnects with the black municipal bicycle trail. Then, past the former military fuel depot complex, the yellow trail returns to its original section, where it continues towards Sportowa Street in Borne Sulinowo, ending at the 15.5-kilometer mark.
