I. General provisions
- Agroturystyka Dworek Głogowska (hereinafter referred to as the "Property") is an accommodation facility that offers services related to agritourism, including room rental, use of tourist attractions, relaxation on the premises and access to other recreational services offered by the Property.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests using the Facility's services. Upon making a reservation and arriving at the Facility, the Guest agrees to abide by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
II. Reservations
- Reservations can be made by phone, email or via the website.
- After making a reservation, the Guest will receive a confirmation which must be presented upon arrival.
- In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the Guest is obliged to inform the Property at least 48 hours in advance.
- If the number of Guests renting the accommodation is higher than the number in the reservation, the owner of the accommodation has the right to refuse to accept additional persons, to charge an additional fee, or to withdraw from the contract due to the fault of the Guest.
III. Duration of stay
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is 11:00 on the day of departure.
- The possibility of extending your stay must be agreed with the Facility staff.
- A guest who shortens their stay at the accommodation will not receive a refund for unused accommodation.
- If the room is not vacated by the agreed time, the Property has the right to charge a fee for another night of stay.
- The Property Owner reserves the right to refuse to extend a Guest's stay in the event of a breach of the regulations or other significant circumstances.
IV. Guests' Stay
- Guests are required to observe quiet hours and rules of order from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, avoid loud conversations, listening to music, or other activities that may disturb other guests and neighbors. In the event of a violation, the property's staff reserves the right to issue a warning and, in extreme cases, call the appropriate authorities.
- Smoking and electronic cigarettes are prohibited indoors in the facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- The use of open flames, including candles, incense, indoor grills, fireworks, lanterns and any devices that produce smoke or may start a fire, is strictly prohibited in the facility.
- Pets are not permitted in the facility unless previously agreed with the staff. If a pet is permitted, the guest is obligated to provide appropriate care, adhere to hygiene standards, and assume full responsibility for any damage caused by the animal.
- Guests are responsible for any destruction or damage to property at the property. In the event of damage, the guest is obligated to cover the cost of repair. In the event of damage, the guest is obligated to immediately report it to the staff and cover the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged items. The property owner has the right to pursue claims against the guest for intentional damage or failure to report damage.
- Guests are required to use the property's equipment in a manner consistent with its intended use. In the event of a breakdown or damage to any equipment (e.g., household appliances, electronics), guests are required to immediately notify the property staff. Guests are not permitted to repair the equipment themselves or interfere with its operation.
V. Amenities
- Guests have access to all facilities offered by the property, including the garden, parking spaces, and common areas such as the recreation room, terrace, and barbecue area. Use of these facilities is at the guest's own risk, and the property is not responsible for any accidents or incidents.
- The property is not responsible for any items left in guest rooms or common areas. Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The property provides lockers or safes for storing valuables, but their use is voluntary.
- The facility indicates parking spaces to guests, but is not responsible for their safety or damage caused by third parties.
- The property reserves the right to change available amenities during your stay, including temporarily shutting down or closing parts of the property (e.g., due to breakdowns, maintenance, or weather conditions). Guests will not be entitled to any claims related to these changes.
- Guests use the garden and other outdoor areas of the property at their own risk. The property is not responsible for any accidents that may occur as a result of improper use of these areas, including while walking, using garden furniture, or other outdoor activities.
VI. Safety rules
- Guests are obliged to comply with the safety rules and regulations for the use of the facilities and attractions offered by the Facility.
- It is prohibited to block emergency doors or cover escape routes in the event of a hazard.
- In the event of a fire or other emergency, Guests are obliged to follow the instructions of the Facility's staff.
- Do not leave electrical devices switched on unattended, especially chargers, rectifiers and heaters.
- Any irregularities related to the electrical or gas installation should be reported immediately to the facility staff.
- It is prohibited to store flammable materials (e.g. gasoline, solvents, technical spirits) indoors.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions, particularly when using the facilities and attractions. The facility is not responsible for any accidents that may occur as a result of improper use of the facilities, failure to follow safety rules, or failure to follow warnings.
VII. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding your stay must be reported immediately, but no later than 24 hours after the irregularity is discovered. Complaints can be submitted in person, by phone, or by email to the address provided by the property owner.
- Complaints regarding cleanliness or defects in the room should be submitted no later than the day of check-in to enable their immediate removal.
- The property undertakes to review complaints within 14 days of receipt. If additional investigation is necessary, this deadline may be extended, and the guest will be informed accordingly.
- Complaints will not be considered in the event of:
- failure to comply with the facility's regulations,
- dissatisfaction resulting from factors beyond the owner's control (e.g. weather conditions, renovation works carried out by external institutions, interruptions in the supply of utilities for reasons beyond the facility's control),
- subjective feelings of the guest (e.g. preferences regarding the hardness of the mattress, room temperature, interior aesthetics).
- If the complaint is accepted, the guest may receive compensation in the form of a discount, a refund of part of the fee or another form agreed with the owner of the facility.
- Submitting a complaint does not release the guest from the obligation to pay for the stay in a timely manner.
VIII. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication and are available to guests at the Property and on the website. Guests are required to read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation and arriving at the Property.
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, which regulate the relationship between Guests and the Property, shall apply.
- Any disputes arising from the performance of the contract or relating to the application of the regulations will be resolved in the first place amicably, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement – by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Facility.
